Influencer Marketing Support

• Assist in researching and identifying suitable influencers for various brand campaigns
• Help manage communication with influencers (briefing, follow-ups, and basic coordination) 
• Support the team in maintaining influencer databases and updating campaign records 
• Help monitor influencer content and compile posting timelines or basic performance reports 

Event Coordination Support

• Assist in the planning and preparation of company and client events
• Help liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues under guidance
• Support on-site during events when needed (setup, coordination, simple logistics)
• Help prepare event-related materials such as checklists, schedules, and reports

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
• Proven experience in influencer marketing/ event management with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
