Job Description
Influencer Marketing Support
- Assist in researching and identifying suitable influencers for various brand campaigns
- Help manage communication with influencers (briefing, follow-ups, and basic coordination)
- Support the team in maintaining influencer databases and updating campaign records
- Help monitor influencer content and compile posting timelines or basic performance reports
Event Coordination Support
- Assist in the planning and preparation of company and client events
- Help liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues under guidance
- Support on-site during events when needed (setup, coordination, simple logistics)
- Help prepare event-related materials such as checklists, schedules, and reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
- Proven experience in influencer marketing/ event management with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
