As we expand, we're seeking a Project Manager to join our team and ensure cohesion across creative, marketing, and production processes.

- Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams (creative, marketing, video) and clients to facilitate the effective execution of campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Oversee project timelines, delegate tasks, and maintain quality control.
- Conduct weekly meetings with team members to monitor deliverables and address any obstacles.
- Handle client communications, including gathering briefs, consolidating feedback, negotiating timelines, and managing expectations.
- Keep project dashboards and timelines updated (ClickUp).
- Ensure the timely delivery of essential outputs (design, copywriting, video, content calendar) with internal reviews before sending to clients.
- Create post-project reports and client feedback summaries to refine internal procedures.

Job Requirements

• 2–4 years of project management experience in creative, digital marketing, or branding-related industries
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills — deadline-focused, solution-driven
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese is a plus
• Confident in managing multiple tasks, people, and timelines across different scopes
• Familiar with project tools like Notion, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana
• Proactive attitude with a collaborative mindset; able to guide creatives and marketers with calm leadership
