Job Description

• Oversee daily operations of multiple retail outlets within an assigned area
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and brand standards
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, inventory levels, and labour costs
• Analyse sales and operational reports to identify improvement opportunities
• Ensure consistent merchandising, product layout, and brand presentation
• Handle escalated operational and customer issues
• Prepare performance and sales reports for management

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail management or multi-store operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Good analytical, planning, and organizational abilities
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
• Willing to travel frequently between outlets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools
