Job Description

• Handle daily store operations and cashiering duties. 
• Support Store Manager/Supervisor and act as Shift PIC when required. 
• Achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. 
• Assist with stock handling, inventory, and stocktake activities. 
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards. 
• Guide and support new staff members. 
• Follow company SOPs and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Management. 

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. 
• At least 1–2 years of retail or sales experience. 
• Good communication and customer service skills. 
• Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays. 
• Positive attitude, responsible, and team-oriented. 
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 
• Basic cashiering and inventory handling knowledge is an advantage.

Skills
