Job Description

  • Lead and manage daily store operations in line with company and brand standards
  • Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed store targets and KPIs

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in retail
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Sales-driven with a good understanding of KPIs and retail performance
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or sportswear retail is an added advantage
