We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager, Marketing & Communications to drive impactful marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand presence across multiple channels. This role offers the opportunity to work independently, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and shape strategic marketing communications that support business growth.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies across digital, print, web, and social media platforms
     
  • Create engaging and audience-relevant content aligned with brand voice and business objectives
     
  • Advise internal stakeholders on effective communication strategies, including product advertising and campaigns
     
  • Manage and coordinate with external vendors for marketing collateral, websites, and promotional materials
     
  • Leverage social media, web marketing, trade shows, and other channels to support product and service promotion
     
  • Analyse market data, trends, and audience sentiment to provide strategic recommendations
     
  • Support internal and external communications, including management and business updates
     
  • Ensure all communications are timely, consistent, and aligned with corporate branding

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
     
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
     
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and industry best practices
     
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently and make sound judgment calls
     
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
     
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
     
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies
