Job Summary:

We are representing a global real estate company in search of a Content Executive. This role drives brand storytelling and business growth by owning the company’s narrative, creating impactful content across all funnel stages, and optimizing performance through data-driven insights. This role blends creativity and analytics to deliver measurable outcomes while ensuring consistent, authentic communication across channels.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the brand’s core narrative, messaging pillars, and tone of voice across all touchpoints. 
• Translate company vision and values into compelling storytelling for diverse audiences (customers, partners, press, internal teams).
• Create and manage brand-first content including website copy, thought leadership, social campaigns, and PR communications.
• Plan and execute growth-focused content strategies mapped to funnel stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU, retention).
• Conduct market and competitor research, keyword analysis, and performance reviews to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Track and analyze content performance using metrics such as traffic, CTR, conversions, and revenue.
• Continuously test and optimize headlines, CTAs, formats, and distribution channels to maximize outcomes.
• Apply data-driven insights to refine existing content and guide future strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, authentic brand storytelling and alignment with business goals.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, or relevant field with at least 1 year of content writing experience.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to produce high-quality content.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio to showcase work.
• Collaborative mindset; able to work effectively with team members and across departments.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize daily workload.
