Job Description
- Attend outbound & inbound calls courteously and provide excellent services to meet customers’ expectations and handle complaints effectively with confidence.
- Attending to administrative tasks, including responding to inquiries from the CS & ASK mailboxes.
- To perform telesales for all Insurance Products
- To perform the relief functions assigned during the absence of any team member
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma/Degree in any field
- Min 1 year of working experience in the Customer Service field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
