• Basic Income

• Location: Penang Island

You will play the important role of:

• Dealing with customers, vendor on a day-to-day basis.
• Handle administrative and documentation tasks.
• Make improvement on existing business process and work closely with direct superior.
• Communicate with vendors and customers on shipments process.
• Prepare documents for shipping.
• Update daily/weekly reports.
• Ensure following up document/shipment is up to date.
• Promote our service to potential customer through phone calls.
• Other related import and export forwarding tasks.

Job Requirements

• Advanced / Higher Diploma in any field or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and deal with pressure.
