Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

We are representing a global MLM company in search of a Customers Service Representative. This role provide front-line support to members and distributors by handling product inquiries, order processing, and account issues. Ensure smooth communication and maintain high service standards to strengthen customer loyalty and distributor satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Liaise with local & regional customers via call, email or face to face.
  • Provide service and support to all customers' inquiries and complaints.
  • Processing and handling customer order.
  • Administration and reports generation.
  • Assist team lead or supervisor on all related matters.
  • Any other tasks or projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma /Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin speaking and any other local dialect will be added advantages.
  • Excellent communication skill is required.
  • 3 years relevant working experience are required, especially in MLM industry.
  • Candidate must be willing to work at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur.
  • Full time position(s) available.
