Job Description

•  Proactively contact customers to follow up on outstanding payments and delinquent accounts. 
• Build rapport with customers and negotiate effective repayment solutions. 
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly collection targets. 
• Attend to walk-in customers and provide professional assistance on payment-related matters. 
• Conduct field visits to customers (based on assigned cases) to support collection efforts. 
• Prepare accurate and timely reports on customer visits and account status. 
• Ensure all collection activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. 
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in related fields is required for this position.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business/Finance/Accounting/Banking, or a related field. 
• Having good negotiating and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to speak persuasively and good listening skills.
