Job Description
- Create creative, engaging, and high-quality content to drive traffic and engagement across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok).
- Manage and maintain all social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and timely updates.
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns, including:
- Budget allocation
- Audience targeting
- Ad creation
- Performance monitoring and optimization
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports, including campaign performance analysis and actionable insights.
- Develop and implement optimization strategies for CRM journeys and lead management to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and professional work ethic.
- Hands-on experience with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Basic design skills (e.g., Canva); familiarity with HubSpot is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Malay to effectively communicate with diverse clients and stakeholders.
