Job Description

  • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to understand customers’ goals, priorities, risk appetite, and long-term financial needs.
  • Provide personalized financial advisory by recommending suitable wealth management and insurance solutions aligned with customers’ life stages and financial objectives.
  • Develop, strengthen, and retain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customers’ financial journey.
  • Engage and acquire clients through multiple channels, including branch consultations, outbound calls, telemarketing, social media engagement, community events, and marketing roadshows.
  • Drive sales performance by consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets, KPIs, and compliance standards established by the bank.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements, maintaining accurate documentation and delivering ethical, customer-focused advisory services.
  • Collaborate closely with branch teams and product specialists to deliver holistic financial solutions and enhance customer experience.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any industry; candidates with experience in banking, finance, or insurance sales will be given added priority.
  • Open to candidates from various sales backgrounds who demonstrate strong interest and passion for financial services.
  • Highly driven and results-oriented, with a strong track record of performing well in a target-driven sales environment.
  • Willing to travel to support branch activities, client meetings, and engagement initiatives within assigned areas.
  • Possession of relevant licenses such as PCE (Part A & B), PCIL, CEILI, or TBE is a strong advantage.
