Job Description

 

  • Assess and understand customers’ financial goals, concerns, and needs.
  • Provide tailored financial advice and recommend suitable wealth management and insurance solutions.
  • Proactively build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to support their financial journey.
  • Engage clients through various channels, including in-branch consultations, telemarketing, social media outreach, and participation in marketing roadshows.
  • Consistently achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the bank.


Job Requirements

 

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; SPM holder with minimum 5 years experiences can be considered.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience in any industry; candidates with banking or financial sales background will be given priority.
  • Open to individuals from diverse sales backgrounds who are passionate about financial services.
  • Strong drive for performance and results, with a proven ability to thrive in a target-driven sales environment.
  • Willingness to travel to support branch activities and client engagements across surrounding areas.
  • Candidates holding any of the following licenses will have an added advantage: PCE (Part A & B), PCIL, CEILI, or TBE.
