Job Description

  • Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, training, and employee relations
  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, offer letters)
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and smooth transitions
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases in an accurate and timely manner
  • Assist in payroll preparation and ensure accuracy in attendance, claims, and statutory deductions
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations
  • Handle employee enquiries and provide support on HR-related matters
  • Assist in organizing staff engagement activities and company events
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain performance records
  • Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and documentation as required
  • Liaise with government bodies and external vendors for HR-related matters
  • Support the HR team in any ad-hoc tasks or projects

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1–3 years of working experience in HR or related field.
  • Hands-on experience in monthly payroll processing, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB), and leave management.
  • Familiar with HR policies, labor laws, and employee record-keeping.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Proficient in using HRMS/payroll software (e.g., SQL, InfoTech, HR2000, etc.)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to handle employee queries and support internal teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Able to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
