JOB SUMMARY:

We are representing a global real estate company in search of a Property Project Admin Executive. This role will be responsible for managing all administrative functions related to new property projects in Malaysia, while ensuring timely delivery of project information to existing property agents to support a smooth and effective sales process. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for supporting project procurement and sales, building strong client partnerships.
• Coordinating with developers and property agents, and ensuring project success.
• To conduct training programs for agents and prepares proposals and presentations to drive business growth. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/diploma of Business or equivalent.
• Team player, willing to learn, be proactive.
• Preferably candidates able to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Good interpersonal skills, dependable and hardworking.
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (Liaise with China market). 
• Incumbent must be willing to work at Old Klang Raod.
