JOB SUMMARY:
We are representing one of the Global MLM company in search of detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards for our operations in Malaysia and the Philippines. This role involves maintaining quality management systems, managing product registrations, and supporting internal and external audits in line with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GDPMD, and EU GMP standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Manage product registrations for medical devices, food supplements, and cosmetics.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and certification bodies.
• Support internal, external, and third-party audits, including audit readiness and follow-up.
• Conduct training to enhance quality and regulatory awareness across departments.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compile data for management review.

Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in a relevant field with 3–5 years’ experience in quality or regulatory compliance.
• Good understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GDPMD, or EU GMP standards.
• Auditing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and travel when required.
