Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:
We are representing one of the Global MLM company in search of detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Officer to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards for our operations in Malaysia and the Philippines. This role involves maintaining quality management systems, managing product registrations, and supporting internal and external audits in line with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GDPMD, and EU GMP standards for Medical Devices. 

Quality & Compliance

• Help set up and maintain the company’s quality system (ISO, GDPMD, etc.).
• Make sure all teams follow company procedures and regulatory rules.
• Support internal and external audits and help prepare for third‑party inspections.
• Track and improve quality performance.

Regulatory Work

• Keep records of all product registrations (medical devices, supplements, cosmetics).
• Work with government authorities for approvals, renewals, and updates.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update the company when rules change.

Documentation & Processes

• Manage document changes and ensure proper documentation control.
• Support product development activities to ensure regulatory compliance.

Training & Support

• Provide training to teams on quality and regulatory topics.
• Help gather data for management reviews.
• Support vendor management when needed.

Job Requirements

• A degree and 3–5 years of experience in regulatory or quality work. 
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GDPMD, EU GMP.
• Audit experience is a plus.
• Strong English, good communication, and ability to work with different teams.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Able to work independently and in a fast‑moving environment.
• Willing to travel to the Philippines when required (2-3 times per year).
