Company Overview

Incumbent will be work under one of the direct selling company specializing in patented wellness technologies, offering products aimed at improving energy, sleep, stress management, and overall vitality.

Job Summary

• Monitor member activities across online platforms and sales channels. 
• Investigate compliance concerns, gather evidence, and recommend corrective actions.
• Draft and issue compliance notices, letters, and documentation.
• Partner with Sales, Support, and Customer Service teams to provide compliance guidance.
• Educate members on presenting LifeWave’s products and opportunities in a compliant way.
• Review marketing materials, videos, and communications to ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment.
• Maintain disclaimers and compliance standards for member tools.
• Communicate directly with Brand Partners to resolve issues and provide support.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 
• 5–7 years of industry experience (compliance background preferred).
• Strong project management, analytical, and investigative skills.
• Excellent communication in Mandarin & English with confidence in compliance terminology especially in Taiwan market.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with Taiwan’s FTC guidelines and MLM Act is a plus.
• Comfortable navigating social media and online platforms for research.
• Willing to travel to Taiwan once per month.
