 About Us:

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and develop new market opportunities; expand reach in Johor and surrounding regions
   
• Build & maintain relationships with customers, distributors, agents; deliver excellent after-sales service
   
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, manage customer accounts & follow-ups
   
• Conduct pre-sales technical support & provide product presentations
   
• Collaborate on technical testing, product optimisation, and solution proposals as per client needs
   
• Aim to meet or exceed sales targets and work with the leadership team on pricing strategies

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field
   
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship experience or project work a plus
   
• Strong communication & presentation skills
   
• Negotiation skills, customer-facing attitude
   
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally (up to 40–50%)
   
• Own transport preferred
   
• Mandarin language skills is an advantage
