Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets in Thailand.
  • Provide technical support for ViscoTec products, including troubleshooting, system setup, and on-site assistance.
  • Prepare and deliver technical information, system proposals, and quotations to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular customer visits across the Thailand region to identify new business opportunities and provide technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with the headquarters team for technical communication and support.
  • Handle customer inquiries, technical requests, and system failures, including attending site call-ups outside working hours when necessary.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote ViscoTec products and solutions.

Job Requirements

  • A technical background in electrical and mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in technical sales, specifically in the precision dispensing industry or material supply sector.
  • Hands-on experience in servicing machinery or automation systems, including electrical wiring and fluid mechanics.
  • Proven ability to negotiate with customers on pricing and technical matters.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Self-driven and target-oriented, with a hunter mentality to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Malaysia and occasionally outside the region.
