Job Summary:

• Plan and execute sales event, webinars, roadshow, recognition event, travel arrangements, providing field development support, and providing administrative support for sales team.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event operations.
• Develop event concepts and themes based on teams’ requirements and company objectives.
• Manage event budgets, including cost estimation, negotiation, and tracking expenses.
• Create and distribute event invitations, promotional materials, and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, transportation, accommodation, and catering.
• Oversee event registration and attendee management, including ticketing and guest lists.
• Coordinate audiovisual and technical requirements, including stage setup, lighting, and sound.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Degree in hospitality, public relations, marketing or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in direct selling/ MLM industry.
• Strong planning, written, communication and organizational skills,
• Team player.
• Able to work on weekend and support event team when required.
• Willing to travel within Klang Valley when needed.
