Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their financial needs (Loan), and share them the most suitable loan.
- Contact customer through phone calls & Whatsapp.
- Present the range of loan products and explain the details to customer.
- Guide customer on loan application process.
- Meet monthly sales target and keep up-to-date customer records and sales acitivities.
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduate degree holder are welcome to apply.
- Sales experience in any industry is an advantage.
- SPM holder with 5 years in customer service / sales experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Familiar with Google Drive.
- Mandarin speaking is a plus.
