We are currently partnering with a well-established multinational company within the electronics and semiconductor industry to hire a Trade Compliance Specialist (Classification) to join their growing Global Trade Controls team.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are interested in trade compliance, customs operations, export controls, and global supply chain operations within an MNC environment.

Key Responsibilities

✨ Review technical specifications, product datasheets, and engineering drawings for electronics and semiconductor products
✨ Verify and maintain ECCN / HS Code classification data
✨ Support trade compliance and customs-related operational activities
✨ Maintain and update trade classification records in SAP GTS
✨ Collaborate closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders globally
✨ Monitor trade regulation updates across US, EU, and Asia regions
✨ Support blocked transaction reviews and compliance enquiries
✨ Participate in process improvement and compliance initiatives

Job Requirements

 ✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
✔ Candidates with customs compliance or trade operations experience are an added advantage
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Meticulous, proactive, and willing to learn
✔ SAP knowledge is a plus
✔ Ability to read and write Mandarin is an advantage
