Job Description
- Contact customers to remind them of outstanding payments on delinquent accounts.
- Convince and negotiate with customers to establish repayment plans
- Meet the monthly collection goals established by the company.
- Assist walk-in customers as required.
- Perform site visits for delinquent accounts based on specific criteria.
- Compile visitation reports detailing customer status.
- Ensure that collection activities adhere to company guidelines.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, banking, or a related discipline is required.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Capable of persuasive speaking and possessing strong listening abilities.
