Project Manager
Working Location:
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Perform quality assurance and quality control of deliverables.
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
- Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
- Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
- Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
- Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing design projects from beginning to end. They develop design strategies, delegate tasks, and mentor team members.
- System design, create project drawings & revit presentation renderings.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience in project management. Preferably agile project management.
- At least 3 years’ experience as a PHP system/software developer. Experience in any PHP framework is a plus.
- Have a few years of experience in leading a technical team/ business analyst team/ QA team.
- Possesses fluent understanding and application of end-to-end project management methodology, deliverables in SDLC processes.
- Has experience in CI/CD development approach.
- Have experience in dealing with clients.
- Business analyst experience & software QA/tester experience are good to have.
- Working experience in a Japanese company and Japanese language skill are good advantages.
