The U Mobile Management Associate Programme (UM MAP) is your gateway to an accelerated career, designed to develop the next generation of leaders at U Mobile. Through structured learning, cross-functional exposure, real business experiences, and mentorship, you'll build the skills, confidence, and leadership capabilities to thrive in a fast-evolving digital landscape. Throughout the programme's 18-month rotational track (which is subject to a 24-month bond), you will not be limited to just one area. Instead, you will rotate through and gain hands-on experience across our three core business functions, as well as a vital "pit stop" to complete your journey:

Who We're Looking For
- A First-Class Degree in any discipline, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence and achievement
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two (2) years of working experience who are ready to begin their professional journey
- Proven leadership experience, with a demonstrated track record of holding leadership positions in co-curricular activities, student organisations, societies, or community initiatives
- Active involvement in sports or athletic activities, with participation at school, university, club, or competitive levels
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and navigate complex challenges
- A curious and adaptable mindset, with a passion for continuous learning, innovation, and embracing new opportunities
- A proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership, with the drive to contribute and make a meaningful impact
- Availability to commence the programme on 4 January 2027 and commitment to the Management Trainee development journey
