What You'll Do / 工作职责

• Assist in preparing accurate reporting, data entry, analysis, filing, and recording all documents. 协助准备准确的报告、数据录入、分析、存档和记录所有文件。 
• Identify any discrepancies in ledgers and accounts. 核对账目并找出分类账和账户中的任何差异。 
• Coordinate and effectively manage payment and billing details. 协调并管理付款与账单详情。 
• Create detailed account reports for management and handle other tasks assigned by your superior. 为管理层编制账户报告，并完成上级交办的其他任务。  

Job Requirements

Who We're Looking For / 我们寻找的你

• Candidates must be Mandarin speakers who can read, write, and speak Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate with clients. 必须是会讲中文的候选人，精通中文、英文和马来文（读、写、说）以配合客户沟通需求。 
• Hold an LCCI, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field. 拥有 LCCI、会计文凭（Diploma）或会计学士学位及相关学历。 
• Preferably 1-2 years of related working experience. 具备 1-2 年相关工作经验者优先。 
• Computer literate and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. 熟练使用电脑以及 Microsoft Excel 和 Word。 
• A positive, responsible individual with good communication skills who can multitask and work independently. 态度积极、有责任心、具备良好的沟通能力，能同时处理多项任务并独立工作。
