Job Description

The Business Development Manager at Roaming Man will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our travel network solutions company. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships and developing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, a deep understanding of the industry and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to meet the company's growth objectives. 
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and potential partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and customer needs.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients, partners, and resellers to ensure their satisfaction, retention and resolutions of payment service matters. 
  • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and upselling to existing clients. 
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors to extend reach and drive adoption of our services.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations and customer service to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
  • Preferably minimum 7 years of proven experience in business development, sales or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Malay, English & Chinese.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
