Job Description

• Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking of device check-ins and check-outs.
• Prepare and process parcels for delivery and returns while managing operations within the order management system.
• Monitor and follow up on overdue device returns, taking necessary actions to ensure timely retrieval from customers.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly stocktakes across office and retail divisions to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure optimal stock levels by assessing inventory needs and submitting requests to HQ as required.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, customer service, and retail teams to support seamless operations.

Job Requirements

• At least possesses SPM.
• No prior experience required—training will be provided.  
• Good in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
