Job responsibilities:

• Manage the assigned hospital support services in accordance to Concession Agreement (CA), Project Operating Guideline (POG) and Hospital Specific Implementation Plan (HSIP) for the following services: FEMS, BEMS, CLS, HWMS, LLS and FMS, Asset and Services Information System (ASIS), Project Management, Sustainability Program, Asset Management and data availability to assist Facility Manager (FM) and site in fulfilling all contractual obligation and company scorecard.
• Manage and ensure operation and Sustainability Programs are executed according to the Concession Agreement requirements and Company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Coordinate operational support components: Financial, Procurement Process and Administration are managed effectively to achieve company operational objectives
• Analyze and recommend new project proposals and initiatives to secure additional revenue such as Reimbursable Work and Variation Order.
• Analyze and review deduction mitigation proposals based on previous deduction and non-compliance issues and reports in order to minimize future potential deductions and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage helpdesk operations performance system availability and data reliability in Asset and Services Information System (ASIS) to meet customer satisfaction and on time data entry into system. (to exclude for AFM2 – Hygiene only for the red line)
• Verify hospital’s asset management activities (Asset registration, warranty management, beyond economic repair, asset audit and variation order management) are executed as per Concession Agreement requirements. (to exclude for AFM2 – Hygiene for the whole line)
• Maintain good relationship with External Stakeholder (Ministry of Health, Legal Authorities, Public, Vendor) and Internal Stakeholder (Management and Employees) to help sustain smooth operations from mutual trust, as well as enhance business integrity and opportunities.
• Assist the Facility Manager to lead the organisation to comply with Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) practices and procedures in accordance to related Acts and Regulations and meet company targets.

 

Job Requirements:

• Diploma (Preferably but not limited to engineering or hospitality background)
• Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (is advantage)
• At least 2 - 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
