JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and ensure FEMS operation activities (Plan Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Routine Inspection, Proactive Maintenance and User Request) and Sustainability Programme (Indoor Air Quality and Energy Management) are executed according to the Concession Agreement requirements and Company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). 
  • Plan and control FEMS approved annual budget for Revenue (Fees, Variation Order, Reimbursable Work, Energy Performance Contracting, Energy Management and Indoor Air Quality) and Expenditures (Maintenance cost, Contractor cost and Operation cost) to achieve company Annual Operation Plan (AOP).
  • Ensure hospital’s asset management activities (Testing and Commissioning, Asset registration, warranty management, beyond economic repair, asset audit and variation order management) are executed as per Concession Agreement requirements.
  • Ensure FEMS services meet the compliance of Quality and Environment Management System (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007) and Statutory & Regulatory (DOSH, DOE, Energy Commission, SPAN and local authority) in line with ISO standard and legal regulations.
  • Execute and ensure Health, Safety & Environment compliance and activities (Tools box briefing, Workplace inspection, Safety Observation, safety committee (HIRADC, EASI) and safety day) as per company’s policy.
  • Establish and sustain stake holder management for Internal (Head Quarters, Regional Office and Hospital Support Services) and External (Engineering Division Department, Ministry of Health and Local Authorities) parties in order to comply with company vision and mission.
  • Plan and ensure staff performance and development activities (Training Need Analysis, On Job Training, Performance Monitoring System, Key Performance Indicator and Competencies Training) as required by ManPower Norm and the company.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical /Civil Engineering 
  • At least 2 - 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferable candidates with the hospital’s support services experience.
