We are excited to announce an internship opportunity within our Human Resources department, starting in March 2025. This role is designed for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of human resources.

Key areas of exposure during your internship with us include:

• Assist in reviewing and supporting the implementation of HR policies and processes that align with Edgenta's and divisional objectives, contributing to business and organizational goals.
• Support the manpower planning process by gathering data and assisting in identifying the talent mix needed for current and future business/organizational needs.
• Contribute to maintaining consistency in HR approaches by assisting in projects related to talent attraction, management, and development to meet organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with HR team members to support the development of policies, programs, tools, and solutions that enhance employee engagement and organizational performance.
• Provide assistance on various HR-related matters under the guidance of senior team members and participate in delivering effective solutions to meet HR needs.
• Support the resolution of employee relations issues by shadowing HR professionals and learning about processes such as investigations and conflict resolution.

Criteria for the ideal intern:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CGPA of 3.0 and above.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
