Job Description

Role Objective

As a Business Consultant Intern, you will drive growth by integrating B2C sales, B2B partnership cultivation, and strategic property sourcing to help students secure ideal housing while strengthening our network of educational partners and property suppliers. 

High-performing interns will be considered for a transition into a full-time permanent role upon successful completion of the internship program.

Core Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Sales & Relationship Management: Manage the full student journey by converting inquiries into bookings through personalized accommodation matching, while providing high-quality after-sales support to maintain long-term client satisfaction.
  • Strategic Partnership & Network Expansion: Identify and collaborate with educational consultants and institutions to establish effective partnership models, conducting product demonstrations and attending industry events to increase brand presence.
  • Market Intelligence & Supply Acquisition: Execute fieldwork to identify new property opportunities and conduct comprehensive market research on industry trends and competitor activity to optimize our service offerings and sales strategies.
  • Operational Coordination: Utilize CRM tools to track performance metrics, collaborate with internal teams to refine lead generation, and ensure all accommodation options meet regional standards and student requirements.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Language Proficiency: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fluency in Chinese and Bahasa Indonesia are preferred to engage with specific partner and student demographics, alongside excellent English communication skills.
  • Key Competencies: Strong organizational skills with a natural aptitude for sales, customer service, and relationship management.
  • Preferred Attributes: We prefer individuals who are aggressive and persistent in pursuing sales targets, with a strong willingness to contribute proactively to team goals and take full ownership of assigned tasks. Previous experience studying abroad or familiarity with sales management tools/CRM software is a significant advantage.
  • Adaptability: Ability to perform both office-based analytical work and active fieldwork for property sourcing.
