Job Description

What are we looking:-

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Specialist (Sales Consultant) to join our team. The role involves assisting students with inquiries, recommending suitable accommodation and ensuring a smooth booking process. Your primary objective will be to convert inquiries into bookings, achieve leasing goals and establish yourself as a regional expert.

This is a Junior executive position. Fresh graduate with study abroad experience is encouraged to apply.

Job Description:- 

  • Handle inquiries from a pre-qualified customer database, providing prompt and informative responses to convert leads into bookings
  • Able to research and recommend suitable accommodation options based on student preferences, budget, and requirements
  • Take lead in the region you are responsible for and become a region expert 
  • Guide students through the entire booking process, from initial inquiry to move-in, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Deliver exceptional after-sales support, addressing any concerns and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Stay updated with market trends, collaborate with vendors, and coordinate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:-

  • Minimum a Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated experience in sales and sales management
  • Ability to provide training and guidance to sales staff
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Experienced in studying abroad is a plus
