Job Description

 

  • Assist in handling full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and monthly closing.
  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records in accordance with company procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and schedules for management and audit purposes.
  • Support audit, tax, and statutory submissions by providing required accounting documents and information.

Job Requirements

 

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
     
  • Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in handling full set of accounts (fresh graduates may be considered).
     
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including AP, AR, and general ledger.
     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. SQL / AutoCount / UBS or equivalent).
     
  • Good attention to detail, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
     
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team with good communication skills.
