Job Description

 Job Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and monthly closing.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and schedules accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Manage invoicing, payments, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including audit, tax, and relevant authority submissions.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, banks, and relevant authorities on accounting and financial matters.
  • Monitor expenses, budgets, and cost control to support effective financial management.

Job Requirements

 Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in handling full set of accounts (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including AP, AR, and general ledger.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. SQL / AutoCount / UBS or equivalent).
  • Good attention to detail, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team with good communication skills.
