Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site operations to ensure work progress aligns with project schedules.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical or site-related issues.
- Monitor construction activities and ensure works are executed according to design and safety standards.
- Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and material requisitions.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and documentation for claims or variation orders.
- Support the Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager in overall project execution.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Less than 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Experience in slope stabilization, earthworks, or geotechnical-related works is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of civil and structural drawings and on-site coordination.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and willing to travel or be stationed at site.
- Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
