Job Description
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities to ensure smooth site operations.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project schedules and deadlines.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety requirements.
- Supervise slope, drainage, and earthwork activities according to engineering drawings.

Job Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or equivalent.
- Less than 1 - 3 years of experience in civil or infrastructure projects.
- Experience in slope, geotechnical, or drainage improvement works is an advantage.
- Able to read construction drawings and provide clear guidance to workers.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Willing to travel and work at project sites as required.
- Possess own transport.
