We are looking for a hungry, energetic, and organized Project Coordinator Intern to join our fast-paced team.

We are on a mission to make sales easy, fun, and enjoyable for individuals and communities. To date, Ultimate Closer has served more than 20,000 individuals through our webinars and workshops. We are looking for an intern who doesn't just want to fetch coffee, but wants to be the backbone that helps our students succeed.

What You Will Learn & Do (Responsibilities)

• You will work closely with the core team to ensure our training programs run smoothly.
• Operations Support: Assist in daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and logistics to keep the organization running like a well-oiled machine.
• Event Coordination: Help plan and execute webinars, workshops, and special events. You’ll see behind the scenes of what it takes to run a successful large-scale online event.
• Project Tracking: assist in monitoring project timelines and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with our community to ensure they feel supported. You will help "smoothen out" issues and ensure students have a great experience.
• Data & Reporting: Help produce briefs, reports, and presentation slides. You will learn to present data in a clear, articulate manner.
• Strategic Assistance: Support the team in researching and implementing strategies to grow the business.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications, Project Management, or related fields.
• Proficiency in G Suite applications and Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong command of English (Written and Spoken).
• Tech-savvy (Familiarity with Zoom, Google Workspace, and social media platforms is a plus).
• Able to work in Puchong, Selangor.
• Team player but also able to work independently to complete tasks
• Attention to detail & organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills
