Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Account & HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of accounting and human resources functions.

This role requires strong operational capability, leadership skills, and the ability to manage both financial and people-related matters efficiently.

Accounting & Finance

* Oversee full set of accounts, monthly closing, and financial reporting

* Handle payroll processing, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)

* Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and cost control

* Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties

* Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements

Human Resources

* Manage full HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and exit process

* Handle employee records, contracts, disciplinary matters, and HR documentation

* Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and internal procedures

* Advise management on HR matters and employment regulations

* Oversee manpower planning for multiple branches


Job Requirements

* Minimum *5 years’ experience* in Accounting & HR related roles

* Strong knowledge of *Malaysia Employment Act & payroll practices*

* Experience handling *full set accounts* is an added advantage

* Able to work independently and manage confidential information

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting / HR systems
