Our Work Culture

<p>HR Executive supports the full spectrum of HR functions, including payroll, employee benefits administration, staff data management, HR legal document drafting, employee file maintenance, and foreign worker documentation. This role ensures HR operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with Malaysian labour laws.&nbsp;</p>

<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>1. Payroll Management</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and timely.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF).</li>
<li>Maintain payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Finance for payroll submission and verification.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>2. Employee Benefits Administration</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Manage and update employee benefits, including:</li>
<ul>
<li>Annual leave, medical leave, and unpaid leave</li>
<li>Medical claims and panel clinic coordination</li>
<li>Allowances (travel, attendance, meal, shift, etc.)</li>
<li>Incentives, bonuses, and staff rewards</li>
</ul>
<li>Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate benefits records.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>3. Staff Information &amp; Records Management</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Maintain complete and confidential employee personnel files.</li>
<li>Update HRIS systems with staff changes (salary, position, department).</li>
<li>Prepare letters and documents</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>4. Legal &amp; HR Documentation Drafting</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Draft HR-related legal documents</li>
<li>Ensure documentation meets Malaysian labour law requirements.</li>
<li>Assist in updating HR SOPs, policies, and internal workflows.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>5. Foreign Worker Documentation &amp; Compliance</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Handle documentation for foreign workers:</li>
<li>Track expiry dates (passport, visa, permit) and update management.</li>
<li>Liaise with agencies, government departments, and branches.<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>6. HR Administrative &amp; Support Functions</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist recruitment activities (job posting, interview arrangement, candidate documentation)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support onboarding and offboarding processes.</li>
<li>Perform general HR administrative tasks as required.</li>
</ul>
