 Sales & Closing

• Respond to incoming leads from WhatsApp, phone calls, website, and social media.
   
• Explain Hour Clean packages, pricing, and service scope clearly.
   
• Close deals and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
   
• Follow up with potential customers to increase conversion rate.
   
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
   

Customer Service

• Provide professional and friendly communication with customers.
   
• Handle customer questions, feedback, and complaints calmly.
   
• Coordinate booking schedules with the operations/branch team.
   
• Ensure customers receive clear confirmation and service details.
   

Administrative & System Tasks

• Update leads and customer data in CRM / system.
   
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and booking confirmations.
   
• Track payment status and follow up on outstanding payments.
   
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting.
   

Business Development Support

• Identify repeat customers and upselling opportunities.
   
• Support marketing campaigns and promotions.
   
• Gather customer feedback for service improvement.
   

Job Requirements

 Education & Experience

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
   

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and persuasion skills. 
• Confident in handling WhatsApp, calls, and online enquiries.
• Basic computer skills – Microsoft Office / CRM systems.
• Good time management and multitasking ability.
• Result-oriented and target-driven mindset.
   

Other Requirements

• Able to work weekends/public holidays if required.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and team player.
• Bilingual / trilingual (English, BM, Mandarin) is an advantage.
