What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems
• Build secure, high-performance RESTful APIs
• Develop backend services using PHP Laravel, Node.js and/or React.js
• Optimize system performance, stability, and reliability
• Write clean, structured, maintainable code
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve coding, debugging, and productivity
• Perform code review and improve coding standards
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system robustness
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, and project team in structured workflow
• Contribute to system architecture and technical improvements
  

Technical Environment

• Experience with ERP, CRM, E-commerce, or Booking platforms.
• Experience in MES (Manufacturing Execution System) would be highly preferred.
• Backend: PHP 8+, Laravel, Node.js (microservices), React Native, React.js
• Mobile App: Flutter framework
• Database: MySQL / Postgres/ MariaDB, Redis (Cache & Queue)
• API: RESTful, JSON, JWT / OAuth
• Architecture: MVC, Service Pattern, Clean Architecture
• Performance: Query optimization, caching, queue jobs
• DevOps: Git, CI/CD, Linux Server Deployment
• Tools: Postman, Composer, NPM, Logging / Debugging tools
• Modern Practice: AI-assisted development tools for productivity & quality

Job Requirements

 Junior Full Stack Programmer

• Min. 1 year PHP Laravel and/or Node.js and/or React.js experience in real projects
• Understand backend logic, API, and database
• Familiar with Git workflow
• Open to using modern AI development tools
• Responsible, stable, willing to learn and grow
• Able to work in structured, fast-moving environment

Senior Full Stack Programmer

• At least 3–5 years PHP Laravel and/or Node.js and/or React.js experience
• Strong in system design, performance & troubleshooting
• Experience building stable production backend systems
• Understand clean architecture & coding discipline
• Comfortable adopting modern AI-assisted development tools
• Able to guide junior programmers
• Strong responsibility and leadership mindset
