Job Responsibilities
- System Administration: Provide support in managing and overseeing the company’s ticketing platform in coordination with the Operations department
- Technical Support: Assist with troubleshooting procedures and deliver technical guidance whenever necessary
- Resource Management: Systematize, track, and maintain the organization’s IT assets and technical resources
- Directives: Execute specific tasks and projects as designated by the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) or the Head of Department

Job Requirements
- Academic Credentials: Minimum of a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a similar technical field
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with a diverse range of programming languages and frameworks is an added avantage (PHP Laravel, Node.js, React.ks, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Flutter)
- Language Skills: A professional command of the English language is essential
