Job Description
He / she also has the responsibility for implementing or execute all planned initiatives from Head Office in order to achieve all stores’ sell-out targets and own KPIs.
Job Requirements
- Strong leadership skills and prior experience in managing a big team. Able to cascade Head Office’s directions to shop floor level employees.
- Good communication skill and able to motivate the team into achieving own store targets.
- Basic Microsoft Office competency.
- Willing to work for at least two (2) Saturdays in a month, as well as during Public Holidays (if required, e.g. during weekend Roadshows, Baby Fair etc.)
- Willing to travel within one’s own state and to Head Office (whenever necessary, e.g. for meetings / training)
- At least SPM & above.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
