Job Description

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day digital marketing strategies and operations to produce the best conversion rate for the business objective at an efficient lead costing. You will gain end-to-end experience from planning to execution and lead team members under your wing.

Key responsibilities include:

• Formulate plans and budgets for performance marketing.
• Plan, setup and optimize digital advertising channels for various initiatives.
• Own all performance targets and budgets based on objectives set
• Exploring dynamic and innovative marketing ideas and test the boundaries of new and novel approaches.
• Monitor and optimize channels and campaigns to achieve business objectives around quality and scale.
• Evaluate and manage relevant external parties not limited to agencies, consultants, key-opinion-leaders, and social media influencers.
• Analyze data to find key insights for improvement and report on key metrics, learnings and marketing campaigns.
• Guide, nurture and groom your team members (if any) to optimize their performances.
• Work effectively with other departments where necessary to produce the best outcomes including in-house creative and designers.
• Other relevant activities required by management.

Job Requirements

Requirement:

• 2-3 years of social media marketing on top platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and more.
• Experience in using the analytics tools of social media platforms.
• Experience in planning, budgeting, and executing marketing campaigns.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (marketing or other fields)
