Key responsibilities include:

• Plan, conceptualize and produce great ideas and artwork both digitally and/or print for campaigns.
• Coordinate printing of artwork such as brochures, booklets and other collateral if required.
• Work hand in hand with various teams (web designer, digital performance marketing, student counseling, content team etc) to produce original and impactful graphics that will drive extraordinary results.
• Supervise junior designers to work with high quality production.
• Develop work procedures and brand guidelines for the team of junior designers.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and project managing the concept to execution within agreed timeline.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum 3 years working experience.
• Have good command of graphic design tools; Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Excellent command in English. Chinese and Bahasa Melayu proficiency is a bonus.
• Have been creating graphics for digital marketing purposes on Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and so forth. Understand the technical requirements when creating graphics for different platforms.
• Highly result oriented and constantly be aware of improving graphics to improve conversion objectives.
• Creative, self-initiative, and constantly championing solutions to solve issues.
• Hungry to achieve results, excellent work ethics and able to take on a steep learning curve.
• Disciplined and able to manage projects systematically.
