Job Description

  • Assist in maintaining and updating the stock list including tracking replenishment and return stocks from the dealers or the warehouse.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing the packing list for shipments.
  • Assist in fulfill stock and POSM requests from the sales team for marketing events or dealer distributions.
  • Assist in repacking stocks for marketing events.
  • Assist in compiling and updating the Taken List/Buffer List from the sales team and informing operations accordingly.
  • Assist in arranging parcel pick-ups.
  • Other task assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in any fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office.
  • Good communication skills.
