Job Description

Inventory & Stock Control

  • Manage daily stock movements between sales team and dealers and conduct monthly stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy and control.

RCN Processing & Quality Control

  • Execute QC checks on RCN records, verify data accuracy, sort returned stock by condition and coordinate inter-warehouse transfers. Ensure accurate packing lists and proper sealing standards.

Demo / Tester Asset Management

  • Manage issuance and tracking of tester/demo units, ensure proper stock allocation.
  • Inspect, assess, and document returned parcels, report discrepancies, and maintain accurate return tracking for reconciliation.

Repackaging Operations

  • Execute product repackaging in line with campaign requirements and operational timelines.

Marketing Operations & Finance Coordination

  • Manage daily stock requests for campaigns, track operational subscriptions and payment deadlines, and coordinate with Finance for timely processing.

Customer Service Operations

  • Handle and resolve daily customer enquiries across Website, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Shopee, and Lazada, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Data Tracking & Budget Monitoring

  • Maintain organized records of marketing data and track operational expenses to support budget control.

Administrative & Logistics Coordination

  • Prepare meeting minutes, manage POSM packing and allocation lists, and arrange courier and delivery logistics.

Inventory & Asset Organization

  • Maintain systematic storage and tracking of demo units, testers, and dented stock; support procurement and sourcing of operational materials.

Event Operations Preparation

  • Plan, pack, and execute preparation of all marketing materials for events, ensuring operational readiness, completeness, and on-time delivery.

 Administrative and Ad Hoc Responsibilities

  • Undertake additional tasks assigned by your superior.

Job Requirements

  1. Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Operations, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
  2. Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in Operations, Customer Service, Inventory, Warehouse or E-Commerce.
  3. Able to perform hands-on operational tasks (stock handling, packing, sorting and basic warehouse coordination).
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  5. Able to work independently.
